Birth & Bodywork was created to serve the needs of expectant parents and families through massage therapy, doula services and childbirth classes.

As a childbirth educator I am committed to increasing families’ access to information and creating greater opportunities for parents to make informed choices.

As a doula I am particularly interested in fostering a satisfying birth experience and a smooth transition into parenting.

As a massage therapist and mother I am deeply committed to providing a place for women to receive support and also have the opportunity to relax and restore with therapeutic bodywork-alone or with their baby.
