From Penny Simkin, International Childbirth Educator, Author, Doula and Teacher Trainer
Dear Kyndal,
Our loss is Boise's gain. You have been a huge contributor to the well-being of families in the Greater Seattle area, both professionally and through your volunteer efforts in support of doulas, midwives, and out-of-hospital birth people. I applaud your decision to spend more time with your family. I do hope you will be able to continue your work in Boise because you have so much to offer.
Please know that you have left a wonderful mark here. And, you'll continue to do so, first on your family, then on the WORLD!
All the best, Kyndal,
From Anastacia Townsend, Bradley Childbirth Educator
Kyndal May teaches one of the best childbirth classes I know of. Kyndal will prepare you very well for home, birth center or a hospital birth. Kyndals class gives substantially more and you can feel completely confident in your ability to move through the whole experience together with your partner, knowing what to expect, even with the most common variations and she even includes wonderful information on recognizing and coping with how a new baby changes a marriage. I don't know of a more well rounded class. I can say I'm a better childbirth educator and Doula for having been through her class as well. Her class does fill quickly so if you do feel interested please inquire soon.

Kyndal,
Congratulations on your upcoming move, it sounds like the right thing for you at the right time. Selfishly, I’m sad because I’m going to miss you! I’m going to miss the opportunity to have you as a doula when we have another baby, I’ll miss your massages, and the amazing support that you provide. The Seattle area birthing community is going to feel a great loss with you not around. I hope you know what an impact you have had in that community and in our lives, personally. (the fact that you were able to give us private classes when we needed it so badly, and the compassionate, outstanding work you provided as our doula will forever be a highlight of our birth experience) What great work you have done! I hope that the legacy of support that you initiated will continue here, it is so needed!
Love, Cortney

Kyndal,
You will be missed! Birth and Bodywork has been such a wonderful and needed resource in our community. Thank you for all that you've given to our community, but most of all thank you for helping Brian and I prepare for our first birth and for so wisely pointing us down the right path of our parenting journey. We wish you and your family all the best in this new chapter of your life.

From Susannah Pryal, La Leche League Leader
It was so nice to have all the tools you taught us to use. We definitely got a lot out of the sessions we attended. They provided us with the tools, knowledge and confidence to have the peaceful, natural, out of hospital birth we had planned. I must also say that your massages were extremely helpful in those late days of pregnancy. You loosened me up so I could handle those last uncomfortable days. They really were some of the best massages I’ve ever had.

From Maureen Kelly, Windermere Realtor, massage client
It is not easy to write a testimonial for Kyndal, she is one of a kind. The best recommendation I can give is to experience her massage. Kyndal's talent is far and away beyond any massage therapist I've had, and there have been many. She is gifted with great skills, learned and, more importantly, instinctual. I've found her to be consistent, steady, calm, soothing, competent, trustworthy and, at all times, professional. On a scale of 1-10, Kyndal is a 20! Idaho's gain is our loss.
