Pregnancy Massage

Massage during pregnancy helps decrease many of the common discomforts of pregnancy such as low back and hip pain, foot and shoulder aches, swelling and fatigue. It is also a wonderful tool to prepare for the labor process by bringing attention into the body as it learns to let go and relax.
